The item can be returned anytime within 30 days from the date purchased and must be returned in original condition to achieve a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please insure all items sent back at original retail price as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipment.

Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the reason for the exchange. Once the item you wish to exchange is received by us, inspected and and approved, we will send out the new item. If there are any differences in price we will either bill you or refund you the difference price to the shipment of the new product.

Delivery and Shipping Policy
We ship to anywhere in North America and World Wide. All items are fully insured during shipping. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipment. If any items are lost or arrive damaged, please contact us at email@example.com and we will launch an investigation with Canada Post.
Shipment confirmations will be provided with a tracking number. So you can keep an eye on where it is at all times.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering the item. If the item has been shipped already, you may return it for a full refund, minus the shipping costs.
